Lieutenant Rafael of the scorpion mercenaries, although pronounced Scorpión by himself, was tasked by House Uthram in 1470 to guard the Purple Plains of Rhunaar. He is known to highly value hierarchy and as a curious man. In addition, he was responsible for the capture of The Resourceful Ones during their traversing of the Purple Plains (read Session XII: Onto the Conflux Mountain Report).
