The Pits

The Pits was a underground fighting arena in the far East of the world, where abouts specifically is still disputed, as after its immense success many different countries and states wish to stake their claim to it. That immense success being how it very quickly gained large amounts of popularity and suddenly spread across the world, leading to the modern day organization which goes by the same name as the original fight ring. The sudden success of The original Pit and the proceeding expansion is generally attributed to a new Pit master taking over, named Palda.
Nowadays branches of The Pits can be found in many major cities and even in more remote communities, acting as a form of nightlife activity and entertainment, while also drawing in many young combatants with the allure of fame and fortune. Unfortunately those dreams are often quickly crushed as those that stay in the Pit for any amount of time are some of the meanest customers around.
