Isoscele

Written by Wild Beast

The Isoscele is the triangular scale at the very tip of a dragon's tail. Isosceles can be found as spoils of war after killing a dragon, and are the only scale that dragons do not shed naturally, as they are connected to the dragons spine, and would heavily affect the dragons mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. The Isosceles of a dragon can have great magical powers, and mostly depend on whether they came from a powerful dragon or not. The Isoscele is always the sharpest part of a dragon, as their claws and fangs are always dulled due to constant wear and tear. Isosceles can be used as knifes with magical powers, as their cuts will always be accurate, and completely smooth. Isosceles could theoretically be used as arrowheads, but this would require such a large amount of them that it had been deemed severely foolhardy to do this. Isosceles are so rare that there are usually no more than one per kingdom, country or realm. they are very powerful and completely symmetric. The most common (common, :) yeah.) use for Isosceles are to be implemented as the center pieces of armour and weapons. They radiate powerful energy and symmetrical shapes help to channel that energy and use it. They can only be used as centerpieces or the energy will be channeled wrong and create nasty results.
