Reginar Gunshoff

Reginar is the Great-Grandson and heir of Audomar, Count of Kleaves.  As such he is recognized as the VISCOUNT OF KLEAVES.  
He has been actively involved in the settlements west of the wall, and in the building of the port of OSGARDA.  He has now established this as the seat of the Viscount, which office is held by the heir to the seat from his majority until his ascension.  His Great-Grandfather recognizing this service, and the situation has agreed and created all lands west of the GREAT WALL OF ETHRUM as the VISCOUNTY OF KLEAVES.
