Volkmar Botkin
The Grandson of Clement Botkin he is the current Baron regent of Botkinburg. He is young and seems to lack some of the qualities one needs to lead even a small state in troubled times.
He has put forth a call for Crusaders to come and assist him with an ongoing Goblin problem.
