Raiu's Artifact

Raiu has one of the strongest, but cursed, artifacts. Theirs is fire based and controls life. It gives them the control to decide who can come back from death. It is a heavy burden to bear and Raiu does not have control over this artifact. The party recently learned that this means restoration spells/potions may not work.
