Luciadh, the Moon Sovereign

Luciadh is the sister of Melusine, The Ocean Sovereign and the Second Sovereign to be made. During the Shattering of Anchorra, when Melusine was tricked into attending a party and almost had her sovereignty stolen, Luciadh was thankfully there. However, when the Shattering happened, Luciadh was injured.

It is relatively unkown what she looks like in mortal form, as she rarely shows herself since the Shattering. When she does, it is rumoured that she looks exactly like Melusine, save for one thing.

Tell

Luciadh's tell is the scar marring her otherwise flawless face. The moon mirrors this scar across its face.
