Plart (plˈɑː͡ɹt)
Webbed Wonder
A tiny shelled spider-like bug. Plart silk is extremely valuable, as it is twice as strong as hemp rope. The silk grows on the back of the Plart. The real interest of the Plart is its origins. Biologists have struggled to categorize the Plart in conventional taxonomy. It has a random number of legs. It can or cannot breath under water. It has an infinite number of genes and no two Plants are the same. A wonder of life.
