The air plane is relatively uncivilized as a result of how slow law moves due to the nature of a perfect democracy. Shi is very busy, as they are always looking on how to improve the plane’s laws. Ironically, people are afraid to speak their minds since Shi is always listening. Shi doesn’t silence dissent often, but we wouldn’t know if they do.
