War of Morbihan Plains

The War of Morbihan Plains was instigated by The Enlightened Regency of Istan against the Vailian-Thousand Cuts Cooperative with the aim of seizing the Dwarven mines for its own enrichment.

Outcome

Istan lost control of the Morbihan Plains to Vailia. The borders of Istan were pushed back to the other side of the Artery.

Aftermath

Fort Aedelwan and Fort Pogahn become settlements in their own right. The Johnur Bridge, which connects the two, is a demilitarized zone and a highly regulated checkpoint.
