Half-Elf

While uncommon, there are Half-Elves in most countries on Mystara. There are no known half-Shadow Elves; most likely due to their xenophobic, and previously isolated, nature.
Half-Elves have normal PC stats: +2 Cha, +1 to two other abilities.
