Prefers to be called Bill.  We have heard others call Sir William, a Lord before, but he hasn't elaborated on it since then.  Bill is a trusted advisor to the King, Sir / Lord Fredrick.
Bill has hired the party of adventures before in the past and seems to, at best, tolerate the party and their shenanigans.  This is the first time that the Sir / Lord Fredrick has personally requested the party and their services.
Bill doesn't very much like Garfield.  He didn't provide any details.
