Andrea

The District of Andrea is represented by Chairman Zangrim Wagglefern and is essentially the ghetto of the city; it is known for its low income housing and high crime rates. All newcomers are provided free housing on the city’s dime and that housing is found in Andrea. The locals call them the Shit Shacks because of their poor quality. It also contains the city's prison and orphanage as well as its only casino. The district is the third to be established and is named after the firstborn son of King Leonidas; Prince Andreas.
