Sinclaire Circle

The District of Sinclair Circle is represented by Chairman Theodora Sinclaire and is known as the Upper Class, Governmental district of the city as it is home to the city's city hall, supreme court, police station, and fire station. This district is the fourth to be established and is named after the last surviving founder of the city, Theodora Sinclaire
