Theodora Sinclaire

Theodora Sinclaire: the fine and fair is a half-elf who works as the only female chairman on the Council of Elders. She is also the most powerful chairman as she supervises the upper-class district; Sinclaire Circle. Theodora is the only surviving member of the first ship to land on Mythrael, thus the district is named after her. This fact also means she is tough as nails and knows that it is survival of the fittest. Theodora spends most of her time designing clothes at the top floor of the highrise devoted to her business ventures (Lot 13 Sinclaire Circle), but she can also be found at city hall with some level of frequency due to her duty as chairman.
