Yelnore

Yelnore is a desert city populated primarily by elves. There is also a large amount of dragonborn, tiefling and human factions there as well. Being in the farthest south east reaches of Mytraila it is separated by most of the main land by many miles of desert wasteland. The nearest city to it is Dune a primarily Tiefling city that the Tieflings have only occupied within the last 100 years previously it belonged to the Yuan-Ti consequently both city now must worry about raids from the displaced snake-like people and abominations.

Defences

Yelnore has a large port with a small navy and the entire city is surrounded by tall stone walls. They also have a regular city guard but separate from that they have an elite unit of soldiiers call the Order of the Rose.

Industry & Trade

Yelnore gets by mostly on trade that is generated from it's rather large port. Also it's remote location is home to many archeological sites so there is also a healthy supply of artifacts and items collectors would be interested in, some of the nobles deal in these items. They are also a main hub for entertainment as they have high end brothels, bath houses and places to gamble that all are common vacation destinations for the rich nobility of the continent.

Yelnore is home to a large amount of shops that sell a wide array of things. They also have many high end entertainment venues if you can afford those.

Architecture

Most of the building are made of stone due to the high temperatures in the desert.

Geography

Yelnore is along Mytraila's southern sea to it's south and what seems to be endless desert to the east, north and west of the city. The desert itself holds many dangers outside of there not being much water there are many Kobold, Yuan Ti and even undead that frequently raid travelers.
