Loxodon Traits

Ability Score Increase

You may increase any ability scores of your choosing up to three times, however you may not increase any one ability score more than twice.

Age

Loxodons mature at the same rate as humans and can live to be around a century old.

Size

Loxodons are of about the same height as Humans, but weigh between 230 and 260 pounds on average. Your size is Medium.

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Powerful Build

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Loxodon Serenity

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Natural Armor

You have thick, leathery skin. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC is 12 + your Constitution modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield’s benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.

Keen Hearing

Your elephant-like ears can pick up a wide range of sounds that cannot be detected by other races. You have advantage on any Perception or Investigation checks that rely on sound.
