Proci is an Apian Citadel City in the southern Apian mountains. Similar to Albi, much of the city proper was built after Khozri took control of the peninsula and was the territory of the Datvi Clan. The city has access to moderate copper, iron and silver deposits. With the palladium deposits that it had access to either no longer in their control, or depleted. Outside the city limits is surrounded by Charstani rice fields and jungle growth, where farmers enjoy a layer of defense from animals and raiders within Proci's outerwall.
Only five years back when the Patriotic Defense Council use to control this city, Proci use to be the center in which Psionic super soldiers would be trained for in the Peninsula after the advent of technological rediscovery in the early 2300's. The labs in which research and development for psionic technologies are still used to this day by the Revolutionary government, but the lack of material has severely dampened progress into the development psionic technologies.
Notable point of interests include the Citadel of Eva Bukia of Datvi that sits as the entrance into the Drumul Mare from the city, the Gardens of Hiriwa located within the center point that is considered the outer wall of Proci, the Academy of Dato where gifted arcane scholars are taught, and the old Extracción de Minerales skyscraper. The Academy of Dato in particular was damaged severely during the political upheaval that was the overthrow of the Patriots.
