Talchas the Foretold

Talchas (TAAL-kus), known as the Foretold, is the Rilumic God of War and Omens, as well as representing the Lesser Moon, Talchen.
They are considered Chaotic Neutral, and their holy symbols take the form of a small circle resting within the edge of a larger circle, representing the smaller moon reflected against the larger moon, and that large things can stem from small sources.
Their primary domain is War, and secondary domains are Knowledge, Trickery, and Tempest.
