Ever since the Industrial Revolution and the advent of the train, moguls all across the realm dedicated time and resources in figuring out other transportation and logistical options, as well innovating upon existing ideas. The discovery of Nuclear Fission and the electrification of Arenia only brought this process into overdrive. Electrified boats, trains, and aircraft began to be mass produced, and the Car, a personal transportation option that started to see use in the early 1950's ISC, drove it's way up to the middle class and was also eventually repurposed for military use in the 1970's. In the post-war era however, vehicles naturally saw a sharp decline in use and manufacturing as the grid totally collapsed and their utility nullified by the lawlessness and violence that followed. The following vehicles are ones that could potentially be purchased, found, or manufactured in Terota, but most people, if they have anything, would be a Cicloped at most. Vehicles comes with a lot of properties baked in. While this is still experimental money may change in the future as it's ironed in the course of play. Ramming Speed: As an action, the driver of a vehicle can cut the vehicles speed in half and try and collide with creatures and force them to make a Dex save, the DC equals the Drivers, Vehicle Proficiency+Dex. On a failure, creatures who are within the path dealing damage with a number of d6 equal to the Ram property, and taking half of that damage dealt to it's hull. Accuracy: Weapons on Vehicles that have the accuracy property have a bonus to attack rolls equal to the number associated with the property. Damage Reduction: Most objects and vehicles reduce incoming damage due to not being made out of meat. Abbreviated to DR, the number associated with it is how much damage is reduced. Collado Heavy Industries was one of the Empire's biggest industrial giants, manufacturing everything from forklifts to Armored Vehicles, their monopoly over heavy equipment makes them an iconic brand often associated with the construction of tall buildings, despite them only being a Heavy Industrial equipment company. Their civilian industrial vehicles are often painted in yellow and black, while their military products are painted in camouflage for the environment they're being sent in, or a flat desert khaki.Electric Modular Forklift: M-20F
The Collado Electric Forklifts can come in a variety of models to suit different needs, but their most successful model in the post-war era is the Modular Chassis. The modular chassis has a modest weight capacity to move cargo of up to 4,000-6,000 pounds, but its chassis parts can be replaced to fit different rolls. Collado constructs the parts on order, but has a small fleet of chassis available to purchase to areas connected by rail or port that is ready to work the basic labor a Forklift is designed for. The Forklift is not recommended for combat, but theoretically three people including the driver could mount it and fight from it. Then the utility car is the workhorse of industrial civilization.” The Collado Utility Car has seen many variations upon its design in the pre-war era, but it’s most commonly used as a logistics and transportation vehicle for both military and commercial purposes. Different models have different roles and specifications, and are split into the Light, Medium, and Heavy categories. Through them all the chassis looks similar even if they’re a different size, the car chassis itself has a slightly sloped bottom quarter in the front giving way to a flat area where the engine is located up to the windshield. Collado Industrial Construction Equipment
Arenia would not be the economic and industrial powerhouse it was without heavy equipment to construct apartments, factories, cargo ships etc. Collado made an array of vehicles to facilitate this, even experimenting with exoskeletons for the individual worker in a mine or in construction. From cranes, garbage trucks, excavators, if it was something that had a conceivable practical purpose then they made at least 1 chassis and a number of variants. The VAB-40 Halaw comes in different variations for different roles. The VAB-40, unlike the utility car is meant entirely for military purposes and is even more costly to maintain due to stress from the weight of the armor and combat. For the most part, it’s an armored box meant to carry squads of 8 with crews of 2-3 protecting them from artillery fragments and small arms and providing fire support. APO-50 "Tortuga" Heavy Tracked Armor
The APO is probably the most iconic Collado Military product. With a relatively low profile and thick armor, it was the response to how more lightly armored tanks were getting destroyed in the Peligrosa in 2068 while balancing the need to go toe to toe with Shardian armor. With advances in engine technology making it so that more armor could be placed without sacrificing too much speed, Collado licked their wounds and got to work to make something worthy of the Imperial Military. By 2099, they made the APO-50 with a small number of variants to replace the medium and heavy tanks of the previous decades. They have crew sizes of around 3 with an autoloader in order to have smaller and more numerous armored vehicles, which has made the vehicles rusted carcass a common sight across the Arenian wasteland. Gwynhaellaidd Engineering Works
Located in the Eastern region of the island of Illagran, the Peirianwyr Brenhinol (or Royal Engineers) trained and stationed in the Gwynhaellaidd Engineering Workshop in Novollyn are widely known to have produced some of the most efficient and well designed marvels of modern engineering. Formed in 1957 by Rhorys Gwynhaellaidd, they have a long standing history in the country for producing all sorts of domestic and civil improvements including the Hydrolic Powerplant that provides most of the province with clean electricity. While the Gwynhaellaidd name has since been tarnished by the attempted coup by the Deceiver King Rhodri Gwynhaellaidd in the 2075 Royal Election, the advancements brought forth by Rhorys and his status as a well loved figure in Illagran history have prevented the name from being changed. The workshop has since been managed by the current monarch Acharoso de Novollyn after taking over upon the family's escape from the country.PA-08 “Blaidd” Heavy Tank
First built in 2070, the Blaidd broke ground on multiple fronts of armoured vehicle design. While typically the engine of a tank would be placed in the rear due to the need for radiator access to prevent overheating, this presented an easily exploited vulnerability should it become flanked due to the weaker armour. The Blaidd marks the first tank to be built with the engine in the front of the vehicle, with a closed circuit coolant loop allowing for heat to be deposited safely away from it without providing a weak spot. It also incorporates explosive-reactive armour to help negate damage from shells. The main gun is a 105mm rifled cannon that, while smaller than other tanks, is designed specifically with higher speed shells with improved ballistics for increased penetration in enemy armour. The Blaidd was also the first tank to consider crew comfort in the interior design to significantly improve morale. CH-21 “Cwn” Armoured Modular Vehicle
While the original Mk1 Cwn utilized a halftrack design for ease of training drivers and crews on operation, as the years have gone by and modern standards militarization have evolved, the flaws in the design requiring less armour, unit capacity, and all terrain adaptability required many iterations to find the correct combination of features to serve the needs of the Guarda. However, the most recent eight-wheeled iteration developed in 2071 by the Gweithdy Peirianneg managed to hit all goals of production of speed, adaptability, crew and passenger protection, and modular design. It can be reconfigured quickly at a FOB to fill any roll from Anti-Air, Anti-Infantry, Medical Evac, and it can even be stripped down to it's base components to make a surprisingly fast scout vehicle. While only a few Blaidd are ever produced due to the inordinate cost and due to their resilience a lack of needing to be replaced, the Cwn is as much of a mass produced vehicle as is made in Illagran and the mainstay of the Guarda's mechanized forces.Basic Hull

Similar to Toyota and Honda in real life, Tulakaal’s design goals for automotives before the bombs were dropped was to make small and economical cars while also maintaining an sleek and modest aesthetic, but didn’t shy away at all from making sports models. In fact, sports cars were one of the most commonly bought cars in pre-war Arenia, as middle class and upper class citizens when buying a car would want to buy a really nice one as a hobby and to display status. Otherwise public transportation was still the most common form of transportation, with utility cars and bikes in a distant second. In the post-war era, cars are mostly for the comically wealthy and old families who have maintained their pre-war assets. Otherwise, with the exception of utility cars, they are seen as not very useful in the best case or like a comedy prop in the worst since they are notorious for not being very bullet proof. Following Metztli retiring from professional racing in 2068, they started the company with a desire to create vehicles designed to give drivers the feeling of being behind the wheel of a race car while still looking stylish. They are one of the only producers of recreational cars with internal combustion engines, and their designs are often considered to be impractical for those who cannot perform maintenance on their own. Q-600 Hyper Line High Speed Train
With the construction of the hyper line and the development of faster trains, the peoples of the pre-war peninsula were the most connected than ever before. The Hyper Line started in Puerto Pujunto and goes all the way down to Porto Ahau, with stops in the major cities of Conión, Koro, and San Jose that had plans to go up through Charsta from Ahau and a pass through Ceroi and Boroi. The extensions for the project were not completed before the bombs dropped however, and are now just lines on a map. The train itself is painted in white with a blue stripe and an aerodynamic nose. Känala Thopter Plants
The companies name translating to Red Bird was the main industrial entity in manufacturing thopters, as rotor aircraft became a priority for the Imperial Air Force and Army, on top of that air based solutions for civilians living in remote areas were also desired as well as for rapid response vehicles in case of emergencies and wildfires. There were two main models of Thopter manufactured, the cheap and rugged AR-30 and agile and quick AR-40.AR-30
Sometimes a settlement or outpost would be seriously remote, and would need an airlifted solution to solve their supply problems or transport people. This main rotor air vehicle has an impressive amount of carry weight, and is decently larger than it’s more militarized cousin the AR-40 as it’s meant for cargo lifts and higher capacity transportation. A box that flies, is a common short descriptor for it and was produced in massive numbers in the pre-war era for both military and civilian use. It can carry up to 8,000 pounds of cargo within it, or alternatively fit 24 passengers. AR-30P Sky Crane
The AR-30P is a much larger model compared to it’s sister frames. With a passenger size of 28, it can take company sized units or full engineering teams anywhere inaccessible by air. It also has a cargo capacity of 6,600lbs internally, and can air lift a 33,000lb payload or 18,000lb underslung load. Seeing both use in construction and relocating VAB-40’s or Cars in a military context, not many have been made due to its manufacturing cost and also the lack of need to have multiples in one area. Those that are still around are kept in shockingly good condition due to their all around usefulness for heavy lifting. AR-40 "Guerrero"
The most iconic vehicle in the Känala fleet, if not in the Imperial military's roster. It’s impossible to not know of this chassis as it is the subject of countless pre-war posters and films, still in regular use with post-war militaries, and of course are spotted as rusted carcasses that litter old airfields and take part in being debris in ruins often. This design granted the Känala Aeronautics Company a separate Thopter plant in La Delta that began to overtake their original one in Conión with massive orders for AR-40’s. It has two main rotors, one on both ends that grant it unparalleled agility and speed for its size with great enough lift to be able to have armor plating without sacrificing much speed. It can carry up to 10 passengers not including the 2 person crew and 2 door gunners if it’s a variant with mounted guns. Movement: 800ft. Travel Speed 175mph. Goga Aeronautics and MESA Aircraft
Goga and the Ministry of Space Exploration and Aeronautics (MESA) historically worked hand in hand together when designing aircraft for both civilian commercial flights and agriculture and vehicles for military use. Both entities however have long been vaporized when the bombs dropped, leaving the post-war governments in using their designs and copying their old homework. But before hand they were called the left and right wings of the Empire, due to their innovative and lasting designs.BC-20 Condor Cargo Airship
The BC-20 was a widely produced Airship in the pre-war era, relatively speaking in comparison to it’s production cost. The chassis was used for multiple variants like the FortaCielo, but for the most part was used for transportation of people and cargo. A much smaller number exists in the post-war era due to the maintenance and production costs, but can still be found in use like with the Royal Air Force in Prezia. The BC-20 is a four turbo-prop engines with a five person crew. Out of factory model can carry up to 92 people or 64 paratroopers, with a cargo capacity of 42,000 pounds and can fly to altitudes of up to 23,000ft. BC-20K Hataman’s Sokół
This special variant is the only original post-war model. Designed during the Invasion of Southern Jarvkoti in Karieba, the first model, if it could be called that, was made in a state of panic and a need for haste to fight off Imperial remnant forces. Although the regular BC-20 was used often, they had no BC-27’s of their own or even bombers due to their policy of demilitarization and needed as many weapons as they possibly could. Royal Aeronautical engineers came up with a temporary solution in installing a 105mm gun angled to shoot ground targets from the cargo bay door. It was surprisingly successful, so additional modifications were made so that it wouldn’t almost crash after firing from it, and remounting the guns in more practical hardpoints. AC: 10 DR: 6HP: 175

Based off of the more crude and rudimentary PV-1 that was used in the 4th Alianza war in 1969, the PV-15 is a single seat fighter and bomber and is the last model of propeller fighter craft they would make with an Electric motor. Moving on to develop engines for the supersonic and infamous PV-20’s. That being said, they were never officially retired, and in fact are still used in the present day due to their low maintenance cost and being relatively easy to replicate and reproduce. PV-20
The PV-20 was the most produced supersonic fighter the Empire brought into their arsenal, meant to rapidly react to airspace and naval incursions from Sharadi and with limited support to troops on the ground in their interventions in Karieba. The single seat, single engine fighter was prolific enough to even be inherited by post-war society and in use, though in much more limited numbers, by the RKF and Republic. Naturally, the Junta’s that succeeded them hold a small number as well, but don't fly them as often due to the maintenance cost of constant use and the fuel to use it in the first place. The pinnacle of Imperial aerospace engineering before the bombs dropped, the PV-27 was built in response to Shardian advances with the highly advanced Stand Alone AI piloted KP models. With tensions constantly flaring up, and the weaponization of nuclear energy Goga and the Ministry of Exploration of Space and Aeronautics (MESA) threw their best minds and technology to make a multi-role fighter capable of securing the skies and pounding the ground. The PV-27 is a dual engine single seat craft where there are few existing intact chassis and even fewer that are able to fly. Navanui, Dura, and Olarío Naval Vessels
The boat has continued to cement its status as the most important vehicle of Terota. From the crude and rudimentary river barge to the Navanui Shipyard Dreadnaught, and everything in between, it has been critical for the survival of post-war society to utilize all kinds of boats. They’re usually customized heavily when they exit out of the workshop or shipyard, if not before then, and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes in order to fit specific roles. This will be focusing on hulls fresh out of the factory that would be commonplace, from Barge to Dreadnaught, Sail Boat to Destroyer.Vallda River Barge
A flat bottomed vessel for inland waterways. In the Post-War era, they may have sails on them and are propelled by paddles or even an engine. Though when intended for shipping they are often towed or pushed by a tug boat. The Vallda river barges in particular are made cheaply, but are very reliable and rugged, as they have to be since a failed barge would mean radiation sickness at minimum and a death at the jaws of predators at worst. They are not very big either, only to fit around 50-100 passengers at maximum. Movement: Travel Speed 5mph.Travel Fare: Typically 1 Dime per mile. It cost about 1 Credit for each passenger going from Odinsca to Conión for example.

Navanui Uru Sailing Boat
A double hulled catamaran sailing boat, it’s a modern take on the classic Arediāni sailing vessel that they have used for multiple millenia. Whether for transportation, fishing or even making relatively small capacity deliveries, or even just as leisure vessels. The most common model is one individuals and villages use to move between islands in the Arediāna. Movement: Travel Speed of 8mph. Top Speed of 10mph.Travel Fare: In the Republic transportation between nearby islands is free. Scheduling may limit access to some areas at certain points in time. In Charsta and Aya a ship could be chartered for personal transportation for 1 Perla per mile on average. A boat from Porto Ahau to Porto Turra for example would cost only around 20 Credits in most cases. Can comfortably accommodate 10 passengers. Smaller versions exist that are often handmade from lumber. An engine could be installed to go even faster speeds.

Olarío River and Sea Boats
In Arenia a plethora of boats were made for inland waterways and the sea. Olarío was in charge of making a majority of them, making different variants for fishing, fire fighting, patrolling and a number of other roles. This particular hull is one made for transportation of people and their tools. Engineering teams and scientific missions would have been its most common use and was both seaworthy and optimal for rivers and lakes. Pump Jets became the standard after this model was made, due to the damage propellers would do to marine life and the increased power from this type of propulsion. Movement: Travel Speed 45mph. Navanui Freighters
After the industrial revolution began the conclusion of the age of sail for Terota, shipwrights started to look for bigger and better ways to ship cargo through the waterways. What was settled on was variably sized cargo ships that could ship massive amounts of cargo using the prolific cargo container. The hull would be used not just for containers but also tankers for chemicals and gas among other applications. Different designs of cargo ships were made over the centuries they have seen use, and vary greatly in size, capacity and speed. There is also the passenger freighters, which were critical for use in Charsta and the Arediāna for the transportation of people and still are. Movement: Travel Speed 22mph. Top Speed 30mph.Travel Fare: Free for personal transportation in Republic waters. Proper scheduling is recommended for a better experience. From Porto Ahau to Puerto Esperanza, travel fares may cost up to 90 credits per person on average depending on the tension between the Republic and Charsta nations, wading in the territory of 50-150 credits.

Dura Destroyer
After the bombs dropped Arenian-Illagrana engineering student Valery Dura Veiga stayed in Navanui, not returning home after total grid collapse and military take over. She experienced the most desperate times of the young Republic's history, where there was intense fighting seemingly on each front. Naturally after university and her mandatory service, she decided to get to the drawing board to help in a way that wasn’t fighting directly on the battlefield, and founded Dura Heavy Industries. Although her ships were made in few numbers while she was alive, the hulls she designed would stand the test of time with few alterations made to them, and Dura ships are the most common warships in the Republic fleet. Class size ranging from Frigate to Cruiser, it’s commonly said that “Dura will not stop fighting until there are no fights left.” Currently there is a mixture of destroyers with anti-ship missiles and destroyers with 6 main guns. After the bombs dropped, and the Republic and their opponents ran out of missiles, naval warfare went back to gun duels and brawls within line of sight.
