Tluuth (TLOO-ith) believes in cruel, destructive, degenerate warfare - such as the slaughter of civilians, torture, perfidy, giving no quarter, and salting the earth - all for its own sake. They are known as Needleteeth, the Heartless One, and manifest as a blackguard sitting on a tower of corpses.
