The Grand Mouth
Gula is an enormous beast of a man, whose enormous frame holds more mouths than feasibly necessary. His ravenous hunger is constantly in need of consumption, and his body is never full do to the portal to the astral plane within his stomach. This behemoth has made home in Minauros where countless souls sit trapped within an endless bog forced to starve along side him. Gula has little time to do anything beside constantly feed, and grow.
His entire digestive tract is a demiplane on its own. A vast collection of organs designed to contain and power both Gula and to some extent his layer of hell.
As the lord of gluttony gula has the capacity to eat indefinitely with zero nutritional gain. Once he has digested matter it is reabsorbed onto a random plane for reuse.
