The Rawblood empire is the expansive spread of a larger than normal Hobgoblin tribe having prospered from demonic dealings that have granted their spell casters power over blood, that and the theft of an Orc artifact known as the Cradle. The Rawblood Empire live both in mountain, and occupation of orc civilization, imposing their military life style with an iron grip. They are hardier than your average hobgoblin, and use other goblinoids to do some of their dirty work. Their direct competitors are the surviving orc collectives, dessert dwelling gnoll savages, both of whom they are extremely hostile towards. The Rawblood are still unsure and fearful of the undead population in Bander.
