'Captain' Talia Hearthstone

Talia is the oldest member in the Biorno Military. She was appointed by Claudius Delafontaine when he first gained power. She is a drunkard that often engages in combat while inebriated. She would have raised from the rank of Captain long ago if it weren't for her alcoholism.
