Astral Infection

When mortals travel deep within the seas of the Astral Plane, godlike magic infests. Most mortals cannot handle this amount of energy and are afflicted with the Astral Infection. While not contagious, this condition ravages the body, converting skin into a pasty blue substance. While this occurs, the body starts feeling more and more lethargic to the point of it not being able to move. Eventually it spreads to the head which completely kills any creatures affected by it.
