Ciudad de la Muerte, better known as The City of Death is a country owned by the Lich King. It resides within the desert with the Lich King's servant, Billy Marrows operating the front gate. Residents are assured free dental, health care, and housing if they sign a deal agreeing to relinquish their soul to the Lich King post-death.
