Nue

At a young age Chim Chim Yowjag decided to run away from his abusive parents. He got lost within the Southern Mountain Range and eventually started climbing it. Unknowingly he scaled to the top; a feat only one other mortal had accomplished prior to him. The God, Son Wukong stood in amazement then decided to give a divine blessing to Chim. This blessing being tremendous strength and fantastical abilities. Chim now renaming himself to Nue, vows to issue divine judgement how he sees fit to the creatures of the Southern Mountain Range.
