Tower of Stars

At the center of the Naathil subsection of the Feywild, the Tower of Stars is the keep of the Dreaming King. Long ago elves that attempted to sleep within the Tower of Stars got visions from this King and attempted to accend it. As they accended the tower, the Dreaming King blessed them with star magic for their efforts.
