Effect

A dazzling array of colored, blinding light springs from the caster's hand. Creatures capable of sight as far as 15 feet away will be blinded for one minute, although stronger creatures have the potential to resist this.

Side/Secondary Effects

Creatures repeatedly blinded by color spray can see rather strange effects, most evidently an appearance of a sea of colors under the eyes.

Manifestation

A bright array of flashing lights will explode from the caster's hand in a fan before fading out.

Material Components

A pinch of power or sand that is colored red, yellow, or blue OR an arcane focus

Gestures & Ritual

• Vocal: "Kluchuduun brijow."
• Somatic: Wave hand in a slicing motion in direction of target.
