3rd-Level Abjuration

Effect

This spell removes any active magical effects. By choosing an object, creature, or otherwise magical spell within range, the caster can dispel the magic with a word and a wave of the hand. Any spell of 3rd level or lower instantly ends, while any spell of 4th level or higher has a chance to resist the spell depending on the strength of the caster. If the spell is cast at 4th level or higher, the effect is instantly ended on any spell equal to or less than the spell level used.
