By touching the forehead of the intended target (which can also be the self), the caster can bestow upon them an ability to see into the immediate future for up to eight hours. For the duration of the spell, the target will always know what is coming in the immediate future, but will end immediately if cast again before its duration ends.

Side/Secondary Effects

As the spell is cast, the target will bear a brief glowing ring of symbolic eyes across their shoulders and upon their forehead, but will disappear by the end of casting. For the duration of the spell, one of the target's eyes will appear discolored, nearly translucent, but will return to normal at the end of the spell.
However, if this spell is cast frequently, the symbols may take longer and longer to disappear until they stop disappearing entirely, as the discolored eye will remain a permanent part of the target.
