The Lost Elemental Cities

The Elemental Cities were an ancient kingdom of Naiko. They fell long before The Great War, and only a few records of them remain.
It is unknown exactly what species it was that lived in the Elemental Cities; the leading belief is that they were inhabited by Elemental Spirits that either created or gifted their powers to the Elemental Elves.
