Aesis, The Builder

<Ayy-siss>

Aesis was a god most associated with construction, cities, and dwarves.   One of the old dwarven gods, Aesis is revered for the vast, intricate creations he created. He has not been seen in over 1600 years and is presumed to have been killed by the Three Princes in the disaster that pushed dwarves from underground.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Aesis' divine symbols were varied - some cities simply represented the god with whatever the most complex structure they had constructed. As such, murals of towering chapels, impenetrable fortresses, and beautiful statues were all used to represent the god.   Other than the mortals that worshipped him, Aesis had his own sort of servant - magical automaton statues that did his bidding. Though these animated statues largely acted to build further monuments, they were laden with powerful magic as well - the most favored cities of Aesis were granted these colossus as protectors.
