Alancor, Vanquishing Smite
The great mace known as Alancor was given to the solar Comodus, after he led the triumphant attack on Drumveneer The Molten. It was a gift by Vindicta herself, forged in her personal demi-plane as an extension of her will. This event marked his ascension to the position of Solar, and one of the most powerful and well-known agents of the Lady of Vengeance.
The powers of the mace itself are largely unknown, however it is theorized by imperial scholars that it acts as a catalyst for the focusing on divine power. Other than just being a supremely powerful magical weapon (+3 or more), it allows Comodus to amplify his already divine powers when smiting opponents (divine smite dice become d12 for 1 minute, once per long rest). It is also charged with her divine power, and can be used as a conduit to channel a 9th level smite, but after doing so needs to be recharged directly by Vindicta herself, and all magical effects of the mace stop.
