A coming of age ceremony consisting of test of skill,smarts,strenghth,speed,etc to determin their job in life
History
As old as the forclaimers used to decide your job/role in life
Execution
1st the testers choose witch trials to take first,second,etc beforehand
then the testers take the trials in the order they choose (the test takers go in alphabetical order)
After all trials have been compleated in roughtly 12-15 hours (with breaks) the trial takers solidify witch job to do based on witch trial they did the best in.
