Estier

Estier is well known as "the city built bewteen stone and water". Nestled between the Oure Mountains and the shore of Rohal Lake the orcs that founded the city did so by not only settling on docks leading onto Rohal, but by etching staircase upon staircase into the mountainside and digging out great halls and steets leading all the way to the top of the mountain. The people here are stern and rigid, but for the most part hospitable. Being the first major city in Næma they are currently the most diverse in the region, not having the heart to turn away travelers looking for a place to call home.
The people here are in general barbarians, sorcerers, and druids. The orcs that developed the city are proud and strong, but have deep respect for the spirits inhabitating waters of Rohal and the mountains of Oure, because of this they are not only well known for their brutal strength, but by the magic they possess deep within the mountains.
Placed by the hand of goddess Ramríer, they have built her a monolith at the top of the mountain and have a circle of priests dedicated to her worship all hours of the day. They are also one of the few settlements in Næma that is considered a matriarchal society.
