Signe City

Founded just over two decades ago in the year 418, Signe City is one of the newest most established cities in Næma. Sending word all over the continent that a council of men, dwarves, and tabaxi are looking for a diverse team of builders to help expand their exploits many races sought out the city out of curiosity and a desire to see a more civilized way of living.   Gnomes, Humans, and Tabaxi came in hordes while Harengons, Orcs, Bullywugs, and Dwarves trickled in all of which contributed to building this now shining City nestled by the sea. Rich in resources Signe is well known for its artists and crafters. Black smiths, weavers, potters, carpenters, potion brewers, and painters flourish here. The city is blessed with resources from surrounding land and islands alike. From fields full of sheep to islands full of lumber to an sea full of fish there seems to be an endless supply of resources for the city. Farmers are grateful for rich earth to plant their crops and raise their livestock. Fisherman rarely dock their boats with empty nets. Artists seem to always get to work feeling inspired by the beauty that surrounds them.   The city was founded by a council of four-- Clement William St. Asger and Serge Gregory Lemon two human men from Väli, Derwin Dâul of Dä a dwarven man from the great Kingdom of Halvor, and Minx Jesua Kaima a tabaxi woman also from Väli. The council since has been passed down the generations and is now under the rule of Clement St. Asger's great grandson John Williams St. Asger, Serge Lemon's great granddaughter Sara Lemon, Derwin Dâul's son Darwin Dâul of Derwin, and the great great grandchild of Minx Kaima Laurla Kaima.   Esthetically the city recently opted to paint several of their buildings shades of blue and green to reflect the land and sea that bless them with resources. The tops of the buildings are plated in polished bronze, rumored to be a gift from Darwin Dâul's family who brought precious metals to SIgne all the way from the Kingdom of Halvor some decades ago. The bronze radiantly reflects the sun making the city appear to shine.
Current Council: John Williams St. Asger, Sara Lemon, Darwin Dâul of Derwin, and Laurla Kaima.
