Arc Magic is a concept that Hermione of Vallea has read about and researched, her initial impression is that Graphomancy had an inherent link to Arc Magic. 
From her recent reading of Sabria's Book Hermione learned that Arc Magic is the name given to the force of magic found throughout the world of Vallea and further Namarie.
