Blixklik tries to entice Fionn into purchasing from his store.

Blixklik is a goblin merchant who runs the 'Tools for Needs' shop in The Wheel. A store that trades in tools, first aid kits and supplies of mundane kinds.
Blixklik was, notably, a hoarder and his store was a mess, the store was recently 'opened' as a way for him to curb his tendencies to hoard trinkets and instead try to turn them over for a profit. The goblin was an eccentric but otherwise reasonable with Fionn and allowed the spook to purchase several paints.
