A mysterious and very very intelligent and politically skilled noble. About 30 years old and a human, doesn't appear to be a skilled warrior but is imposing, aloof and attractive. Handles the guard duty's in Siridome which has been an especially important thing in recent months due to the increased dream attacks due to being built on top of a Planar-Forge.
Clara is a [Vallean who was from the Ademre islands but notably doesn't carry their culture of silence or outward warrior discipline.
