Cold-Throne

The capital of Nomtai, Cold-Throne is a sprawling city of mostly dwarves with a variety of the few remaining Ord-Touched staying in their city making it a fantastic space for those looking to improve their gear or buy interesting artisans creations. 
It trades with the local villages and towns (mostly in ruin ingots) to fuel it's upkeep and there are a large quantity of mercenaries in the area to keep the city defended though admittedly that doesn't leave them especially loyal or organised. 
The centre of the city houses the halls of Ord where laws are passed and Ord Touched from the other towns meet and discuss the next move for the country and, just past the halls of Ord, lies Cold-Throne castle. A building that looks as though it is made of glass and ice and houses the royals. King Bruenor and Queen Sanas Coldaine and their daughters Princess Jaina Coldaine and Princess Luna Coldaine.
