Finbar Paula Ahlyssaariaa is a young Drow noble who acts as a member of the council of the Cured Lands and is the brother of the former ruler of Loth Maestress Paula who accrued such power that she touched divinity before being defeated by a group of unlikely heroes. 
Finbar is a handsome and sharp featured Drow of almost 200 years old who has shown himself to be a relatively new but cunning and fast learning politician who has effectively manipulated the Cured lands into being independent of the larger landmass of Peridot and doing so without causing deep tension between the nations. 
There are many concerns around Finbar's fresh-faced approach to politics... however, with him admitting to a ruthless streak due to the death of Drow house matrons in the forming of the council of the cured lands he has not courted many questions on his suitability as a leader.
