Zeiros is an occassionally abrasive and rude goblin who often is unforgiving in the way that he deals with giving out miracles and spells by often refusing to use his spellcasting without seeing the price and cost up front first fully paid. 
Zeiros is the individual that brought Peregrine back from the dead.
