The Dreamer's Tome

The Dreamer's Tome is a diary containing the ramblings of a narrator called 'The Dreamer' on their experiences in Inkbowl during The Long Night. 
The party purchased the dreamer's tome in The Bladed Odyssey in Sanctuary during their time there. 
Peregrine attempted to read the dreamer's Tome but found it required a DC15 Wisdom saving throw to read, otherwise very little progress is made in the reading as the musings of a madman are difficult to follow.
