The Drow Moonblade Rapier

The Drow moonblade was a fine light onyx jewelled rapier that was purchased by The Celeste Family, specifically Rolan Celeste, for his missing sister Esmerae. 
The Moonblade has 6 sigils and functions to be rolled for when used.
Roland told The Kaechaek Party that he would keep the moonblade safe until he could gift it to Esmerae to welcome her home one day.
