The Kastlands

The largest continent in all of Namarie and also the most mysterious and dangerous.
The Kastlands is in a state of constant death and chaos. 
The land is so permeated by other planes that they've formed pockets of existence throughout in zones and so a mere skip across a body of water in the continent can leave in a country mirroring the shadowfell or the abyss... making it exceptionally dangerous to move through that area.
And yet, the need for knowledge and power and a better grasp on the unique magics of The Kastlands has left many continuing to explore there. This led to the forming of the Tower of Primordius.
