• An excerpt from one of many poems about the dreamlike nightmare of the Shadewood Angel.

The Shadewood Angel is a terrifying creature that resides in the Shadewoods in Kaechaek. An angel born of a mans dream of love, they married and, in that moment, the man tore the angels heart from her chest and consumed it for power. Ripped apart by dreams, nightmares and emotions usually forbidden to an angel. These mixtures led to the Shadewood Angel becoming a nightmarish monster that roves the Shadewoods, seducing the weak and destroying all who find the space of her marriage.
When the party met the Shadewood angel, they allowed her to lead them to a well preserved wedding from years ago and, once the party killed Daughter Raven and a Nightmare/dream Haunts that was trying to loot the area, she gave them the chest loot and also ntoably struck Peregrine with a bead of red energy as she dissipated from existence.
