The Triumvirate Chair

The meeting of the rulers and mayors of Thornden to discuss and work together. Consists primarily of Theriatis Xenolich and Solution Carasir along with other mayors of towns in Thornden.
They have a small amount of primary tenets their main ones being co-operation with the other countries of Namarie and a desperation to never experience a dominance like that of the Light.
