Xandiss Hardbreeze

Xandiss Hardbreeze is a human politician who lived in Bloomwilt and never directly met The Kaechaek Party... though they found his dead body in the sewers of Bloomwilt. 
Xandiss was a politican who was pushing to end the three ring system in Bloomwilt as he believed the ring system caused disruption in town rather than unity. The party found several pamphlets on his corpse that advertised his upcoming campaign.
