Môrmelin

This settlement's name comes from the Cymraeg words for 'sea' ('Môr'), and 'mill' ('Melin').
Môrmelin was a metropolis and one of the main cities of Dunja. It was set along the coast.
The initial settlers were a previously normadic tribe, who had in recent generations begun to worship Glaw. These initial settlers were humans, and the odd orc and half orc.
About eight months after they initially settled at the site of Môrmelin, they were enduring a harsh after the local fruit proved to have a parasite that made many of the locals ill. This incident meant that they were not able to finish building sufficient shelters for everyone in time for the winter. At this point, the Lythiama and their followers arrived, offering aid in return for the settlement's little wealth, and the right to have a permanent temple there. With little option, the settlers agreed. The Lythiama used their magic to summon a weaker celestial, who was able to finish the essential buildings within a day, though this left the Lythiama drained of magic, and exhausted.
